The safety and well-being of our guests, staff and animals are our priority and we will take every necessary precaution to ensure this. Like many other institutions, we are actively monitoring the situation regarding the outbreak of COVID-19/coronavirus, and following the guidelines of the Public Health Agency of Sweden and Västra Götaland region.

In accordance with guidelines from the health authorities, our business is currently operating as usual and standard terms for visits continue to apply.

If you plan to visit Borås Djurpark & Camping from an area that has been directly affected by the coronavirus and/or if you have symptoms similar to those associated with the virus (such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing), we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting and to contact the 1177 healthcare helpline instead.

If you have questions regarding a planned reservation, please contact us at +46 (0)33-4304800.

For more information: read and follow the guidelines of the Public Health Agency of Sweden and the respective regional infectious disease unit.

During your visit, we want to assure you that Borås Djurpark & Camping works proactively to minimise the risk of the spread of disease, including reviews of infection protection measures and cleaning routines throughout the facility.

We will continue to act quickly if obligated to do so and take every necessary measure to protect our guests, staff and animals.

We ask all of our guests to respect and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene while visiting Borås Djurpark & Camping.

There are simple things you can do to prevent the spread of the virus.

• Avoid touching your face and eyes and avoid close contact with sick people.

• Wash your hands regularly with soap and warm water, especially after using the toilet and before eating. Hand sanitizer can be a good complement to handwashing.

• By coughing and sneezing into your elbow or a tissue, you prevent the infection from spreading throughout your surroundings and from contaminating your hands.

• Stay home when you are sick to avoid infecting people in the community and around you.

Kind regards, from management and the staff at Borås Djurpark & Camping
