Borås Campingapplies the payment and booking rules below.
Generally
Please prepare your stay by having a valid digital Camping ID or a digital Camping Key
European. Detailed information can be found at campingkeyeurope.se. Booking a cabin or hostel does not require a camping card. When booking, you are obliged to state your name, address, arrival and departure time and how payment is to be made
Age limit for booking
In order to make a reservation/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 20 years old. Identity must be proven with identification upon check-in. Meeting the age limit is a requirement to gain access to the area
When does the booking become binding?
Your booking is binding as it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing or via the booking system.. Confirmation of the booking consists of the booking number sent via e-mail. Check that the confirmation/invoice corresponds to what you booked.
Open purchase for 24 hours
Open purchase for 24 hours applies to all bookings made more than 7 days before arrival.
Payment method
Online booking is paid by card in connection with the booking.
Booking made by phone/e-mail, paid by invoice or in some cases on site.
If you don’t show up without cancellation, you have to pay for your stay.
For payment from abroad, please contact the reception at info@borascamping.se
Bookings made on site are paid directly by card upon check-in.
What if I want to change my booking?
To make a change in your booking, contact Borås camping’s reception via e-mail or
phone. Remember to state your booking number. ATTENTION! If you have booked via online booking (svenskcamping.se), contact Swedish Camping’s guest service on 0771 – 117 117 or at service@camping.se.
Departure earlier than planned
If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded unless otherwise agreed with us.
What if I want to cancel?
We have camping plots and cabins in two price categories, non-cancelable and free cancellation. Non-cancelable – cancellation not possible. Free cancellation – the booking can be canceled up to 3pm the day before arrival (a cancellation fee of SEK 199 is charged).
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00. During high season, opening hours are extended, contact reception for what applies to your booking. Note how long the reception is open depending on the date of your visit.
It is your responsibility to check which check-in and check-out times apply to your particular booking.
Check out:
• The hostel no later than 10.00
• Cottages no later than 11 a.m
• Campsites no later than 12.00
Failure to show up counts as cancellation, in which case the cancellation rules apply.
Insurances
You who have a valid Camping Key Europé, only the paid version, hold a special insurance at
accidents at the camping facility. Detailed information can be found at

You are otherwise responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient insurance cover during your stay.
Force majeure
In the event that the trip cannot be completed due to an obstacle outside the Borås campsites
control and which the campsite could not reasonably have been expected to have anticipated when

the trip is canceled because of someone hired by the campsite or someone else in the past. Borås
camping reserves itself for changes in the law and/or price changes that lie ahead

Miscellaneous
The accommodation price does not include sheets, towels, unless otherwise stated on the confirmation. There is that buy and/or rent on site. Remember to bring what you need for your stay.
What are my obligations?
You have the obligation to check the booking confirmation yourself as soon as it is received. Any
Inaccuracies must be reported immediately. Representations made by booking staff who are of

Errors that occur during your stay must be reported to us immediately so that we have the opportunity to remedy the error. If you fail to report errors, you cannot claim compensation either.
If you received compensation but are not satisfied with it, you must notify us within 3 days of departure. This can be done in writing via e-mail.
Violation of order regulations for the campsite, or breach of the agreement in general, may lead to the agreement being terminated with immediate effect. In the event of eviction, the due amount is calculated according to the current daily rate applied during the time you had access to the place, as well as a deduction for estimated damage. Any difference will be refunded no later than 10 days after the eviction.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If what you have booked cannot be offered, you have the right to get similar accommodation or accommodation of a higher standard in Borås at no extra cost. Please let the staff know at the time of booking if you have specific requests so that they receive the information in advance of your arrival. If you want to bring your pet with you, please inform us of this when booking as we have a limited number of accommodation for pets. Errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately to the reception or caretaker so that he has the opportunity to correct the error.
Keep in mind that your chances of getting a correction may decrease if you delay in contacting us.
